How to: Embed or link a new object in WordPad.
Solution:
Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Object...'. Select the 'Create New' radio button, and select the object type to create from the 'Object Type' list box.
NOTE: This solution assumes that WordPad is opened.
1) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Object...'. (The 'Insert Object' dialog box appears.)
2) Select the 'Create New' radio button.
3) Select the object type to create from the 'Object Type' list box.

4) Click 'OK'. (The application associated with the object type is launched within the WordPad window.)
5) Create the object.
6) Click the mouse outside the object to return to WordPad.
